Angular velocity and frisbees?

I have a math project to do with 3 other guys and we're doing a powerpoint. For the slides I'm doing I have to explain how to do something mathematical with frisbees. I decided to do angular velocity, but I've only got two and a half slides done so far. I'm terrible at math and I'm just now trying to figure out what angular velocity is. I really gave it my best trying to figure this stuff out, but I'm really confused. I don't really know what radians are either.. I don't know how to explain angular velocity with frisbees and that's what I need help with. Please explain in a really simple way. I'm slow! thank you... lol
