Was there really a Marvel Comics hero called Razorback?

Who was a trucker from Arkansas, wore a costume with a huge pig head shaped cowl and had the "mutant ability to drive anything (i.e. Any vehicle he climbed into, be it car, truck, semi, tank, Stealth bomber, Nimitz cl aircraft carrier, UFO, anything... he could instinctively be able to drive it.)? Or is someone yanking my chain?
