What do i do when i messed things up with the guy i like?

So i talked to this guy everyday for about a year or two from around 8 am to 12 pm and i think hes mad at me because he wont anwser my texts anymore.. so i got my friend to text him to say hi and she ended up saying all this stuff like oh she told me to text u and now they r talking about me..and i kinda like this guy and this is driving me insane because i just have this urge to txt him.. but i like have to keep myself busy so i dont..WHAT DO I DO ?
