Give adrenaline with caution if presenting with hypertension or hypovolemia..why?

These are "precautions" not contraindications. I am a paramedic and I have only given epi for cardiac arrests. Allergic reactions are so rare in 3 years I have never given epi. I know that does not answer your question to the point, just some FYI!!! Good luck in school and at registry.
