Mistakenly used E85 in car, what are my options?

Do not run the car. Pull the tank, drain it and replace the fuel pump. If the car has been run with E85, then you must replace the fuel pump, oxygen sensors fuel lines and fuel injectors. Running e85 in cars that are not designed for it will cause the fuel lines and the o-rings within the fuel injectors to get eaten away. It will also burn up your oxygen sensors.
