Any phrases used in law courts?

Legal phrases have specific meanings. I could say to you "res ipsa loquitur" but if you didn't use it right it would be meaningless. If you reform your question to ask for phrases dealing with specific issues of law, you may get a meaningful response, just asking for phrases will give you gibberish.
