Am i being respectful?

my cousin persuaded me to visit him in india last year a numerous number of times, but i never went. a week after he went back to india, he asked me to send him an email. when he replied, he asked "are you guys planning to visit india???" i didnt reply him until he called me in august. then in october, we notified everyone my sister was coming. the day after, my cousin called and asked me to send him my sister's contact info. when he replied, he said "hope you guys are bale to come with her....look forward to see you all....ccheerrsss, but i never replied saying if i was coming or not. when he met my sister in november, he called me. he asked my mom when i can come and she told him i can come when i have holidays. then she told him i have holidays in june/july. when he spoke to me, he said :"we were looking forward to seeing you as well." then i told him i got busy then said "omg! everyone is busy and said we'll see when u have holidays."
