Airsoft p90 what bbs do i use?

ok im getting a DYT-P90ST airsoft gun off of hobbytron. first i would like to know if .12 bbs could hurt it so i will not work anymore, and second should i ust get .20 gram bbs because im not sure if they are worth it.
