Men who get headaches/migraines...has having one?

ever prevented you from having with your wife, my guy gets bad headaches alot, but i see him watch tv, ride his bike, play online games...and then when i try to hit on him its just a big fat NO SHOW...i dont hink im ugly, im tall, slim and been told im attractive, but this is really ruining my self esteem badly, i have been getting angry with him as well...as he will kiss me, say im hot and touch me but then no ...im 28 and he is 40. I dont know what to do, i tried the vibrator thing but its not the same, i dont want to cheat, i just want him but it doesnt happen much anymore...why? what can i do?
