I can't remember the title to a cannibal movie.?

From what I can remember, Three men In Africa are captured by cannibals. Two of the guys are killed in a survival game, and the third guy escapes and spends the whole movie running away from cannibal hunters. He meets a young child near some water and takes him home only to see the child's village destroyed. If I remember right, he takes the boy with him and eventually makes his way to a white fort where the movie ends. Here are some small details I can add - The man makes a fire wall in the trees and stops the cannibals from chasing him momentarily. I think it was made in the 60's. He teaches the child a song called "Little Brown jug."
